Education

In 1963 Stephen Graduated from Wake Forest University as the Student Government President. He continued studies at the University attending the law school and the Student Bar President, graduating in 1966. By 1969, Steve graduated from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s school at the University of Virginia.
