We are extremely excited to announce the newest member of our Glass Law Group family, Jason E. Spain. Jason brings more in-depth Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Trusts and Business law power to our team!
Jason Spain is a 2010 alumni of North Carolina State University achieving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Classical Studies. Three years later, in 2013, he earned his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law. While attending DePaul University College of Law, Jason’s peers elected him the Treasurer and Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Society by the student body. While Jason already has an impressive education background, he added another Masters degree in International and European Business Law from the Pontifical University of Comillas in Madrid, Spain. Today, Jason and his wife live near downtown Raleigh with their two spaniels. Jason has been practicing law since his graduation from DePaul University College of Law in 2013 and continues to sharpen his experience in Estate Planning, Estate Administration (probate) and Business Law.
Jason routinely counsels clients in estates and probate matters, business transactions, and international matters. He also practices in the area of Intellectual Property, both domestic and international. Jason is admitted to practice before all North Carolina State Courts and before the Middle District of North Carolina Federal Court.
